Return Process

  Log into your Amrutam account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unwashed and with all brand tags intact, to qualify for a successful return process.

  Free Doorstep Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will arrive at your registered address within 48 hours to collect the packaged items.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse team verifies the returned goods, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or Amrutam wallet within 5-7 business days.
